What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the inquiry form. That's your name, work email, organisation, and — if you choose to add them — your role, team size, area of interest, timeline, and a message.

When the form is submitted, we also record the time of submission and your IP address and browser user-agent. We use these solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a relevant proposal or briefing.
• To understand whether we're a good fit for your teams.
• To protect the form from automated abuse.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it goes

Inquiries are received by Meera Services and handled by the people responsible for training engagements. There is no public way to browse or download submitted inquiries. We keep your information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing engagement — after which it is deleted.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Fonts are served from the site itself rather than a third-party network.

Your rights

Consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and comparable data-protection law, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, email nilesh@meeraservices.co.in and we'll action your request.

Terms

The content on this site is provided for information about Meera Services' training and consultancy services. Program scope, schedule, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal for enterprise engagements, or at the point of enrolment for individual workshops — those documents govern the specific engagement.

We aim to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it may be updated as our programs evolve. Any engagement between you and Meera Services is governed by the laws of India, and by the specific agreement for that engagement.
